Project Administrator
Toric Engineering is seeking a Project Administrator responsible for ordering materials and invoicing for engineering projects. The role includes managing inventory, creating new projects, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Create new projects
Invoice projects in coordination with Controller
Place purchase orders with vendors for stock and projects
Order materials online or instore as needed
Manage Internal Parts List with accurate pricing
Review pricing on all orders for accuracy
Sourcing for the best quality, price, and lead times
Proactively communicate delays to project leads
Work with Supply and Demand to create stock orders
Help manage inventory, including physical inventory counts
Initiate RMA Process
Assist with problem-solving concerning purchasing
Manage and maintain relationships with vendors
Maintain vendor contact information, as needed
Backup to Service Admin
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to be on time
Proficient typing skills
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to present themselves in a modest, neat, and clean dress code
Ability to take responsibility and acknowledge failures
Continually look for improvements
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Preferred
Experience with inventory procurement
Experience in Purchasing
Experience with ERP system (i.e. Global Shop)
Valid driver's license
