Required
5+ years of experience practicing healthcare or commercial contracting law
Experience drafting and negotiating procurement, IT, and clinical service agreements
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing paralegal support
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Familiarity with Epic or health IT systems, data privacy, BAAs, and vendor transitions
