Responsibilities
Support our Risk & Compliance Team by completing essential daily, weekly, and monthly compliance tasks
Work closely with the Bank's Risk Officer and Loan Compliance Officer
Implement and oversee company-wide compliance monitoring
Conduct transactional testing
Prepare regulatory reports for senior leadership
Partner with departments across the bank to address and resolve compliance concerns
Maintain key documentation for HMDA, CRA, SAFE Act requirements, and the Bank's approved appraiser list
Assist with ongoing process improvements
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of loan compliance experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
