As a Senior Systems Analyst in Client Integrations and Support, you will lead efforts to onboard clients onto Schwab's Brokerage platform and work closely with various teams to ensure client needs are met during the integration process.

Responsibilities

Provide coordination during the client development, testing and deployment integration ensuring internal teams’ alignment with the client’s needs

Understand Clients’ business requirements and integration needs, and present options tailored to the clients’ needs. Primary liaison between PCIS, internal QA resources and the clients’ technology team for testing activities

Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase

Works with the Agile delivery team to craft high quality customer-centric user stories

Monitor clients’ daily file transmission

Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs after market close for system enhancements and bug fixes
