Ability to communicate and collaborate with global teams
Ability to build relationships and influence cross functional teams
Self-starter who can build relationships and use judgement when working with partners to ensure effective outcomes
Qualities of a team player
Ability to be flexible and work effectively with changing business needs
Strong data processing and visualization skills (MS Excel, JMP, etc.)
Creative problem solving
Working across department to solve complex problems
BS or higher with an engineering or science major
5+ years of industry experience in an engineering role
