Responsibilities
Review and assume ownership of outstanding tasks during shift turnover
Support the management of divert processes to maintain accuracy
Perform random mail selections from the production floor to verify quality
Ensure all mail complies with client requirements and internal standards
Report quality issues promptly through email and maintain detailed documentation
Follow up on reported issues to confirm resolution and drive continuous improvement
Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain punctual attendance (1 week during shift)
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quickly adapt to new processes
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must live within 25 miles radius from onsite location
Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, that may include an education verification as well
Preferred
Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry
Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
