Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and build a team of high-performing recruiters
Train, mentor, and coach new and existing team members
Set KPIs, run coaching sessions, and hold the team accountable
Create process improvements, sourcing playbooks, and best practices
Drive a culture of performance, urgency, and excellence
Continue to work as a top-producing recruiter
Source, interview, and place technical & engineering talent
Write high-impact job postings and build strong pipelines
Use outbound calling, sourcing tools, databases, referrals, and social channels
Conduct full-cycle recruiting with precision and urgency
Partner closely with leadership on strategy and scaling
Qualification
Required
Proven success as a high-performing recruiter (agency preferred)
Experience leading, training, or mentoring recruiters
Someone hungry to build and grow a team from the ground up
A competitive, confident, high-energy leader
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a 'lead from the front' mindset
