AC/DC control circuits
PLC Troubleshooting
Ladder logic knowledge and basic programming skills
Must have or be able to obtain a passport
VFD's
120v, 240, 480v single and three phase power circuits
24v and 120v control circuits
Use of hand tools, Multi-meters Analog & Digital, ammeters, amp probes etc
Work from manuals, prints schematics: basic skills in math & reading
Good communication Skills, basic computer skills
Planning and organizing skills
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC)- Allen Gradley PLC 5, SLC 500- Siemens
Ability to read, speak clearly, and understand detailed written and verbal instructions given in English
High school diploma or GED
Three or more years of related mechanical experience and/or specific hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical training required
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
Must be able to follow standardized written directions
Must demonstrate ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram, or schedule form
Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and smell
Frequently required to sit and talk or hear
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
Must have specific vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
