Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives, including serving as a project lead for a Commercial Support project

Support core operational activities, including operational risk management, vendor management, and business staffing support

Assist with change management, project management, continuous improvement initiatives, and internal communications, including the use of approved AI and innovation tools

Utilize tools such as SharePoint and Smartsheet to track work, manage staffing and resources, facilitate communication, and enhance project visibility

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be driven, self-motivated, and possess the ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines
