Responsibilities

Develop and execute M&A strategies, including identifying acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and divestiture options
Advise client leadership teams on strategic goals, growth plans, and transaction readiness
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation work to support deal recommendations
Source and evaluate new opportunities; maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity, and strategic partners
Lead full lifecycle deal execution—due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, negotiation, and integration planning
Oversee cross-functional teams across legal, tax, finance, and operations
Negotiate key deal terms and supervise transaction documentation
Develop and implement exit strategies, including private sales, mergers, and IPO preparation
Guide clients through sale-readiness, including due diligence support, market positioning, and financial transparency
Serve as a senior advisor on all aspects of M&A and exit planning
Lead and mentor a team of Senior Managers, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery
Represent the practice at industry events, client meetings, and networking engagements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
12+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
Proven experience leading complex transactions from strategy to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
