Provide quality onboarding, and upgrades to our clients
Be a subject matter expert on our products to provided best practices and development implementation procedures
Identify, suggest, and develop enhancements to the platform to enable greater supportability, and ease of use
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience in a implementation or support role within the Healthcare Industry
Candidate must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis
Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations
Must be customer focused, have excellent customer service skills and phone mannerisms
Must have excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required
Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Has an entrepreneurial approach
Preferred
experiencing working with project tracking ticketing systems. JIRA is preferred
