Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee a memory care program that supports the cognitive, emotional, and physical needs of residents with memory-related conditions
Lead, mentor, and support the memory care team to deliver high-quality, individualized care
Collaborate with healthcare staff, residents, and families to assess needs, build care plans, and ensure ongoing program development
Plan and manage therapeutic activities that foster cognitive stimulation, connection, and emotional wellbeing
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and best practices
Champion a respectful, inclusive environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and safety
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in memory care, dementia care, or a related senior care setting required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide, and retain a high-performing team
Deep understanding of person-centered care practices and regulatory standards in memory care
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating a supportive team culture
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, psychology, or healthcare administration preferred
