Responsibilities
Complete financial cleanup and reconciliation for both companies
Review, correct, and finalize general ledger accounts
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and supporting schedules
Oversee and coordinate with the on-staff bookkeeper
Manage and reconcile e-commerce transactions (Amazon and Shopify)
Ensure proper recording of revenue, expenses, inventory, and fees
Work directly with ownership and management to resolve accounting issues
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and best practices
Support preparation for tax filings and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Controller role
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
