Responsibilities
Accurately process sales orders and license customers in a timely manner
Generate invoices and process credit card payments
Record/reconcile payments and follow up with customers on outstanding invoices
Address and resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices
Process refunds as necessary
Review and complete new vendor forms and related pre-sales documentation
Understand the renewal sales process and act as a backup as needed
Keep AirData profiles up to date in customer portals (such as Ariba)
Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances
Generate reports on sales bookings and the state of accounts receivables
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Order Processing and Accounts Receivable experience, ideally with SaaS or B2B companies
Self-starter who takes pride in level of attention to detail
Familiar with CRMs and payment processing tools like HubSpot and Stripe
Ability to identify ways to improve processes and streamline procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction
Enjoy working with a small team and thrive in an environment that encourages collaboration and problem solving in creative ways
