They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to support prospecting and appointment-setting for the sales team while improving their digital presence. The role involves researching prospects, conducting outreach, and contributing to marketing content such as website updates and newsletters.

Responsibilities

Research and build prospect lists (industries, companies, contacts)

Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Track outreach activity and results in CRM/spreadsheets

Attend sales meetings and facility visits when appropriate; take notes and help with follow-up

Update and maintain our website (new pages, edits, basic SEO updates)

Create blog posts and short-form content using AI tools (with human review)

Draft and send newsletters and customer communications (email + social)

Support basic content calendar planning and campaign tracking

Assist in improving brand consistency across web/email/social

Required

Current student pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or Computer Science (or related)

Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, persuasive)

Tech-forward mindset with interest in AI tools and digital marketing

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently on-site

Preferred

Website building/editing experience (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, basic HTML/CSS)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.)

Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy

Experience using AI tools for research, writing drafts, and workflow efficiency

Interest in B2B sales, manufacturing, or industrial products
