Responsibilities
Supporting attorneys in complex business and real estate litigation
Preparing and managing litigation binders and trial materials
Utilizing Relativity for document review and management
Using TrialDirector and other trial presentation tools
Attending court hearings, depositions, and trials with attorneys
Drafting and assisting with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and motions
Managing deadlines and court filings
Assisting with corporate support work, including contracts and related documentation
Coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Maintaining case files and litigation databases
Meeting annual billable requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong emphasis on business or complex litigation
Experience supporting attorneys through trial and court proceedings
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a very busy desk
Strong communication skills and professional courtroom presence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency with Relativity strongly preferred
Experience with TrialDirector or similar litigation presentation software
Exposure to corporate or contract work alongside litigation matters
