This internship will expose students to the insurance industry through hands-on experience and support the Personal Lines Operations team with data tasks, operational workflows, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist with pulling and updating weekly/monthly data and metrics used in operational and underwriting reports

Help review and update process documentation, workflows, and visual management tools

Assist in the execution of Operational projects that focus on Continuous Improvement, Efficiency, Emerging Technology and Expense Management

Provide administrative and operational support such as preparing meeting materials, organizing documents, and assisting with office needs

Gather information and assist with internal requests and general team support

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance, or related field

Good communication and organizational skills

Interest in insurance operations, process improvement, or analytics
