Responsibilities
Assist in developing competitive project bids
Develop, enhance, and maintain client relationships
Manage project schedules, on and off-site
Estimating/Takeoffs
Completing trainings and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Provide and maintain a valid CA driver's license
Receive Fleet Management driving authorization and maintain a safe driving record
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Company policy
Perform light lifting and light to moderate physical activity, including but not limited to: loading and unloading samples, small material delivery, etc
Work from home time must be approved by supervisor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Rollmaster and Floormaster
Be customer centric and solution-oriented
Demonstrate strong communication, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Remain confident and professional under pressure
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong presentation and communication skills, both writing and verbally
Must be prompt, dependable, and responsive to customer needs
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Strong team player and should work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills to assist customers, installers and co-workers
Detail oriented
Proficient knowledge of commercial process including, flooring products and installation
Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public
Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of importance in landing sales
Basic technology skills
Strong communication skills
High level of organization skills, time management skills, and ability to work efficiently in both an independent and team setting
