Responsibilities

You coordinate with customers for warranty handling within the set turnaround and response times

You apply your technical knowledge of tire functioning, manufacturing, and field conditions to resolve issues

You collaborate with the Business and Service teams to build synergy and alignment

You report to the Regional Manager on daily warranty handling and MIS

You work closely with the Field Engineering team on mileage surveys, new condition developments, and other warranty-related matters

You conduct root cause analysis and resolve field concerns effectively

You keep track of the latest competitive policies, products, and technology developments for benchmarking

You conduct fleet tests and follow up with customers on new development projects

You develop strong business relationships with the Replacement channel and OEM workshops by providing excellent and timely customer service support

You conduct mileage surveys, support campaigns, and promote tire safety and maintenance awareness
