Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pinnacle’s digital twin offerings, including software platforms, data integration, asset management, and analytics
Engage with clients through discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops to communicate value and build alignment
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and educational materials that clearly convey technical capabilities and business outcomes
Maintain accurate records of client needs, feedback, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring consistent and professional follow-up
Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
Represent Pinnacle Infotech at industry conferences, webinars, and events to promote our expertise in digital transformation
Contribute to the creation of internal and external training and marketing content that highlights the benefits of digital twin adoption
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of professional experience in AEC technology, digital transformation, VDC/BIM coordination, or technical sales and marketing
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with CRM tools, client engagement, and proposal development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related technology discipline preferred
Familiarity with Revit, CMMS, or digital twin platforms is advantageous but not required
