Organize and manage paper applications for Affordable Housing projects
Support our Project Managers with administrative tasks
Answer the main phone line and greet visitors warmly
Perform general office duties to support the NY team
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule
Interested in affordable housing and urban development (experience not required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
