Responsibilities

Manage the deployment and configuration of Windows operating systems, applications, and software updates to client devices

Troubleshoot client-related issues and resolve problems in a timely manner

Deploy applications using SCCM

Manage application dependencies and conflicts

Manage the deployment of software updates, including Windows updates, third-party updates, and security patches

Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues, including client device problems and application deployment issues

Provide technical support to other IT teams and end-users

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCCM infrastructure, including configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures

Share knowledge and best practices with other IT teams and stakeholders
