Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm decision-makers
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and promote coaching programs and events
Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, present solutions, and guide attorneys through the decision-making process
Promote and attend live and virtual events, workshops, and seminars to generate and nurture leads
Manage your pipeline with accuracy, keeping detailed activity records in the CRM
Travel occasionally for events, client meetings, and industry conferences
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, coaching, or training
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with professional audiences
Confidence and persistence in outbound prospecting and follow-up
Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
Willingness to travel for select events and client meetings
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Legal industry knowledge or experience a plus, but not required
