Responsibilities

Deliver excellent, original, and unique brand final video assets to multiple projects while maintaining project management to meet critical deadlines

Edit creative and engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Compile and condense user-generated assets into engaging video content

Receive and implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients

Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines

Required

Proven experience as a dedicated video editor with experience in paid social video editing/design in the DTC/ecomm space

Has a creative mind → can visualize a video flow for a high performing ad with everything from the hook to body to CTA

Proficiency with Adobe tools and Capcut

With experience making ad creatives (both static, gifs, and video)

Strong creative taste and understanding of visual storytelling and ad performance principles

Experience editing talking-head or UGC-style videos for digital ads

Exceptional attention to detail and ensures no visual or text errors make it through

Ability to handle feedback professionally and implement fast revisions

Strong communication and time management skills

Experience working in a task management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday) is strongly preferred

Highly collaborative; you possess the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders with a positive attitude and enthusiastic mindset

Familiarity with AI tools (for editing, transcription, or ideation) is a plus

Windows: 32 GB RAM, a dedicated GPU with 8+ GB of VRAM or Mac: M2 chip or beyond
