Manager and peer to peer advising
Maintain employee files
Conduct stay and exit interviews
Assist with recruitment and new hire onboarding

Required

Proven experience in HR
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance a plus!
