Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Analysts
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development
Oversee all changes to the digital platform, ensuring they align with business objectives
Act as the key link between our strategic direction and tactical execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for the business regarding the digital platform
Facilitate the sharing of ideas and address issues promptly
Enable stakeholder engagement and form power user groups
Inform the Digital Steering Committee on top initiatives and critical issues
Lead a Lean Portfolio Management team alongside Engineering and Delivery Leaders, and a small number of Digital Business Owners to prioritize work
Engage with digital teams and management to understand their objectives
Identify and implement effective short- and long-term solutions
Use quantitative and qualitative information to form opinions on which initiatives will drive the greatest enterprise value
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes
Collaborate with digital power users to enhance existing procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities
Drive organizational alignment

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on digital product management

Strong understanding of digital platforms and the insurance ecosystem
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
