Responsibilities

Analyze and catalog the current Retail applications/tools that interface with our SAP ECC system to assess areas of impact due to S4Hana migration and understand opportunities for testing and risk mitigation. Create an impact assessment and risk mitigation plan for testing and migration in-line with the overall program timeline

Work with the project team leaders to facilitate the documentation of core processes, requirements and roles within the Retail organizations to assess areas of impact due to S4Hana migration and uncover current pain points or opportunities

Work with cross functional teams in Retail Store, Retail ASO, Operations, Finance, and other organizations to organize and prepare business for S4Hana implementation and provide input into process improvements in-line with industry best practices

Facilitate data-driven decision-making for program management by presenting actionable insights

Required

7+ years Project Management experience

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Detailed knowledge of the various SAP solutions and their relevance to business

High technical ability, capable of quickly understanding complex integrated systems

Comprehend current issues, and see around corners to understand downstream impacts

Combine critical thinking with hands-on execution

Demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications

Possess a thorough understanding of the Project Lifecycle

Exhibit a real passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Preferred

Experience with SAP S4Hana implementation preferable

SAP S4Hana experience (CE preferred)

E-commerce or Contact Center experience strongly desired
