Responsibilities

Systematize State Management: Implement a methodical state management plan based on our field dictionary, moving our React codebase away from ad-hoc patterns toward a structured, data-driven system

Build the Foundation: Own the heavy plumbing. Create the abstractions, hooks, and TypeScript patterns that allow the rest of the team to build features rapidly without fighting the codebase

Ensure Backend-Level Rigor: Bring the same level of stability and strict typing to the frontend that we expect from our backend systems, including robust Auth flows (JWTs, OIDC)

Deliver World-Class UI: Use your architectural control to ensure the UI is glitch-free, performant (60fps), and responsive using Tailwind CSS and Figma-led designs
