The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in living spaces and common areas, conducting light maintenance duties, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, outdoor patios and grilling stations, fitness centers, saunas, and guest suites

Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents

Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment to ensure a pristine appearance

Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are well-stocked

Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean and presentable

Assist with snow and ice management to maintain safe access to building entries

Perform deep cleaning tasks on a periodic basis to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness

Support the property management team during resident events as needed

Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, furnace filters, and replacing batteries

Occasionally provide support at other locations as required
