Assist prospective homebuyers throughout the homeownership process, from the initial consultation to the final transaction
Provide exceptional customer service
Generate and follow up on leads
Conduct presentations and tours of model homes
Guide buyers through contract documents and financing options
Achieve sales goals while fostering strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their individual needs
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in New Home Sales and Residential Real Estate, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on fostering positive client relationships and enhancing the home-buying experience
Experience and expertise in Sales, with the ability to effectively manage leads, showcase properties, and close transactions
Understanding of the home-buying process, including contract negotiation and financing options
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach
Ability to operate in a professional, team-oriented environment with a high degree of responsibility and integrity
Preferred
