Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Internal Medicine Concierge Practice | Direct Hire/ Fulltime | Washington, D.C
The Provider Finder is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for their Internal Medicine Concierge Practice. The role involves collaborating closely with a lead physician, conducting patient visits, and managing chronic disease care in a high-touch, low-volume setting.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth patient visits (sick, well, and follow-ups) with a focus on whole-person care
Provide urgent care services (e.g., respiratory illnesses, UTIs, rashes, minor injuries)
Assist with chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia)
Participate in annual physical exams and executive health assessments
Perform telemedicine and in-person visits
Manage prescription refills, lab results, and patient follow-ups
Coordinate with specialists and support care navigation
Administer in-office procedures as trained (e.g., phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, suture removal)
Provide patient education and support long-term wellness planning
Support home visits and after-hours care on occasion (optional/flexible)
Contribute to patient outreach and personalized check-ins
Collaborate on special projects, health content, and practice growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active NP license in Washington, D.C
National certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Warm, engaging, and professional bedside manner
Strong clinical judgment and autonomy, but enjoys collaboration
EMR fluency (e.g., eclinical Works, Elation, Athena, or similar)
Commitment to delivering care with kindness, curiosity, and excellence
Preferred
Concierge medicine or executive health experience is a plus
