Responsibilities
Provides supervision and direction for area of responsibility under general direction from Administrative Services leadership
Performs selection, development, coaching and performance evaluations for employees within area of responsibility
Adheres to enterprise policies, procedures, applicable laws, legal requirements, and risk management and compliance regulations
Manages staffing and expenses with direction from Administrative Services leadership
Develops and monitors business goals, plans, and budgets for the assigned areas
Makes recommendations that align with department and enterprise strategies and goals
Helps to create and maintain an inclusive work environment conducive to employee motivation, teamwork, superior customer service, quality, confidentiality, conflict resolution, and productivity

Required

Effectively evaluates staffing, expenses, budgets, workflow when applicable to make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
Effectively prioritizes multiple assignments and project work
Experienced in providing employees with clear expectations, observing performance, providing on-going feedback, and rewarding them appropriately
Excels at building, maintaining, and promoting effective relationships with stakeholders
Continuous improvement mindset and initiative
