Responsibilities

Serve as primary customer contact for warranty issues, ensuring timely, accurate resolution and acting as a strong advocate for customer needs
Review and validate warranty claims per contractual terms, prioritize multiple cases, and coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and internal teams to minimize customer downtime
Manage purchase orders, maintain detailed project records, and ensure compliance with HSE standards while driving efficient warranty execution and continuous process improvements
Collaborate with Quality teams to analyze warranty trends, performance, and costs, providing insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor degree (electrical/energy/mechanical engineering degree preferred) with minimum 3 years of experience (project management, engineering or manufacturing experience preferred)
Problem solving skills, including creative issue resolution and excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
Strong analytical skills to interpret warranty claims vs coverage
Organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks, as well as customer service skills
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
