Sr Manager Talent Acquisition

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the strategy and execution of the recruiting function, partnering with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business goals and drive data-informed talent strategies.

Responsibilities
Optimize the recruiting tech stack to support efficient operations and strong reporting
Partner with TA Operations or internal systems teams to maintain data accuracy and consistent workflows within the ATS
Partner with Employer Brand and Marketing teams to strengthen talent market positioning and ensure consistent messaging across channels
Maintain clear, proactive communication with executives and business leaders on hiring progress, risks, and recommendations
Lead change management efforts within TA, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and frameworks
Drive recruiting operational efficiency by optimizing processes, workflows, tools, and documentation
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of the recruiting process, from intake and sourcing to assessments and offers
Oversee offer strategy, partnering with Compensation, People, and Finance teams to align on leveling and compensation recommendations
Implement scalable best practices that support both speed and quality across hiring processes
Ensure recruiting practices align with legal and regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal as needed
Strengthen referral program performance by partnering with HR and business leaders to enhance engagement and drive high-quality candidate flow
Leverage data to forecast hiring needs, develop resourcing plans, and provide insights to executive partners
Track and report on key recruiting metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Use market intelligence to advise leaders on hiring challenges, competitive trends, and talent availability
Partner with executives and senior leaders to understand business objectives, headcount plans, and long-term hiring needs
Build thoughtful, data-informed hiring strategies that align with organizational priorities and market conditions
Lead the team through complex or high-priority searches, providing strategic guidance and removing blockers
Develop sourcing strategies using a build-or-buy approach to ensure the right mix of external talent and internal growth
Partner with leaders to identify internal mobility opportunities and support talent movement aligned with business needs
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
Conduct capacity planning to ensure balanced workloads, role coverage, and operational efficiency
Establish clear expectations, provide coaching, and deliver ongoing performance feedback to support team growth
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy
3+ years of people leadership experience, managing recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and navigate ambiguity with confidence
Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
Track record of driving recruiting operational excellence and scaling efficient processes
Deep understanding of market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and sourcing strategies
Ability to move quickly while maintaining thoughtfulness, judgment, and an understanding of business nuances
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations to executives and cross-functional partners
