Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily service production to meet efficiency and quality goals
Monitor technician workload, productivity, and performance
Ensure all repairs and services meet Cadillac and GM manufacturer standards
Coordinate with Service Advisors to prioritize jobs and meet customer timelines
Inspect completed work for accuracy, safety, and quality
Manage workflow from vehicle check-in through delivery
Address and resolve production delays or technical issues
Support technician training and adherence to safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant service environment
Assist in achieving departmental performance metrics (hours per RO, efficiency, comeback reduction)
Qualification
Required

Automotive dealership experience as a main shop technician, ideally GM
Proven ability to facilitate engaging group training and deliver effective one-on-one coaching
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across departments
Energetic, motivated, dependable, and punctual
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
