As a Senior Solutions Architect for Spacetime, you will act as a key technical advisor, working closely with sales leadership to architect solutions and guide customers through their evaluation and adoption journey of the networking platform.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with potential customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives

Design and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts that showcase Spacetime's capabilities

Partner with sales teams to develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation strategies

Provide technical guidance during pre-sales engagements and support customer pilots

Create and maintain technical content for customer-facing materials, including reference architectures and solution briefs

Guide customers through technical validation processes and support them in building business cases

Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout their evaluation journey

Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap

Support proposal development with technical content and architecture recommendations

Required

7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles

Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking principles

A sound technical foundation in satellite communications and wireless communications

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions

Track record of successful technical sales engagements and solution development

Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern software architectures

Understanding of spectrum management, network orchestration, or similar technical domains

Active Security Clearance - Top Secret

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite communications industries

Familiarity with software-defined networking and network orchestration platforms

Background in proposal development and technical writing

Experience with government or defense contracting
