Responsibilities

Focusing on increasing a location's overall to new business customers in a designated service area
Hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Drive to customers in order to conduct goodwill visits
Spending the majority of the Sales Manager's time in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts

Required

Valid driver's license
Experience with recruiting, hiring and training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Sales management experience
2 - 5 years' outside sales experience
New business-to business account development experience
Industrial sales background
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
Ability to travel to up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays
