Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

Make outbound calls to follow up on requests, resolve concerns, and introduce products or services

Listen carefully to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Support sales growth by recommending products through ethical upselling and cross-selling

Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system

Work closely with team members to resolve complex situations when needed

Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data privacy standards

Participate in training sessions and assist with local marketing initiatives

Represent the company professionally in all interactions
