Responsibilities

Direct the prioritization, scoping, evaluation, and feasibility assessment of People AI projects, ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest strategic value

Develop and implement a program management life cycle for the AI Office, to identify goals, assumptions, and success criteria while proactively mitigating risks and critical issues

Direct process improvement by overseeing gap analyses and implementing best practices to streamline AI adoption, while tracking KPIs and guiding ROI analyses to measure impact

Facilitate cross-functional teams to address program issues and leverage enterprise processes

Drive informed decision-making by creating communication strategies, fostering an environment that supports learning, innovation, and digital disruption
