Responsibilities

Play a leadership role as the business liaison and the organization’s subject matter expert in assigned area
Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Product, Governance, Customer Implementations, Marketing and others as assigned to increase key deliverables in assigned area
Conceive and champion urgent solutions to problems as they arise
Manage client engagement in pre-sales launch activities including: Proof of Concept participant engagement; data acquisition and business case development
Manage channel and innovation partner engagements
Provide in-field consultative and technical support throughout key stages in the sales cycle and post-delivery; may represent company in client led joint application design sessions to define and review all business requirements associated with a product or service
Provide thought leadership and industry expertise
Develop and enhance senior level relationships with key decision makers and business owners
Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
Assist in defining and attaining data that enriches current and future service offerings
Drive increased market share and adoption for core service offerings
Articulate value of assigned enterprise solution which may include Identity, Foundational Payments Solutions and/or the Zelle Network®
Articulate value of analytically derived models to internal and external customers
Manage post-sales activities to expedite service deployment and optimize customer utilization and value

Required

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, government or other related field depending on assigned area
Minimum of 10 or more years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
Demonstrated successful working experience in assigned area
Extensive knowledge of financial service providers, processors and value added resellers in the financial industry
Extensive knowledge of risk related payments, depositions, transactions account opening and identity
Extensive knowledge of fraud and risk mitigation with financial institutions
Working knowledge of the use of analytic tools and the ability to explain the benefits and application to others
Extensive knowledge of automated systems, services, processes, policies and procedures
Understanding of APIs, connectivity and transmission methods and the ability to effectively consult and educate clients on the proper use of them for assigned products
Effective leadership skills to develop and retain highly engaged, high performing teams
Ability to open doors to senior level decision makers within area of expertise
Proven consultative and technical sales background with strong network of relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated record of success
Thorough understanding and interpretation of data analytics for performance reporting and/or business case development
Travel up to 50%
Background and drug screen

Preferred

Extensive knowledge and experience with financial institutions and their customer journeys
Experience with fraud/risk mitigation solutions in the funding, payment, identity space
Experience with interpreting and presenting analytic models/scores/attributes as well as model governance in the financial space
Thought leadership experience speaking at conferences, webinars or podcasts
