Internship - UX Design

Responsibilities
Assist in User Research: Support user research activities, including planning, conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions. Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable design recommendations
Contribute to Design Development: Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
Support the Design Process: Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders throughout the design process, from initial concept to final implementation
Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
Participate in Design Reviews: Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the user experience
Documentation and Organization: Assist in maintaining design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and asset libraries
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business objectives
Support Accessibility Efforts: Contribute to ensuring that all digital experiences are accessible to users of all abilities, following accessibility guidelines and best practices
Contribute to Innovation: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the user experience and drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or 2025 graduate in Product Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other digital design related fields
Preferred
Ideally has existing exposure to Product & UX Design methodologies & strategy
Proficient in relevant design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma)
Clear communicator, creative problem solver, organized work style, dedicated to user-centricity, with a growth mindset
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and practices
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid environment
Curiosity about design thinking and up-leveling skills
