Entegris is currently seeking an experienced MRB Coordinator to join our Inventory Control team. In this role, you will manage nonconforming material processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate MRB activities by reviewing, documenting, and processing nonconforming materials in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain) to determine disposition of nonconforming materials, implement corrective actions and to ensure timely disposition/closure

Maintain accurate records of MRB transactions in ERP systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance with documentation standards

Perform material movements and processing of orders based on disposition direction to include physical movement

Maintain inventory segregation, tracking and overall management of nonconforming materials

Support audits and inspections by providing MRB documentation and ensuring adherence to ISO and safety standards

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material handling processes
