Responsibilities

Develop clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or RFP's, ensuring proper scope and required technical specifications are met

Apply Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support

Review custom equipment orders and provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow

Provide applications sales support and formal presentations to sales representatives and end users during factory visits and customer events, as requested

Assist with post sale technical support as required

Provide industry feedback and product support to Product Managers

Participate in new product development projects

Travel as required to support increasing Vertiv share of wallet

Supports technical proposals, design documentation, and project proposals to aid the design process and delivery to customers

Provides sales staff with technical assistance and support for technical documentation and customer-facing presentations & engagements including leading customer communications

Other duties as assigned
