Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with Mainframe Application Programming, implementation, and support
Proficiency in developing CICS, COBOL mainframe programs
Proficiency in DB2 on mainframe and ability to create efficient SQL queries and DB2 Stored Procedures
Experience with IBM MQ, VSAM, SPUFI, Changeman, JCL, PROC, OS Utilities, Xpediter, FTP
Experience in performance tuning
Good communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Well versed with Confluence and JIRA
Be able to articulate the issues and propose viable solutions
