Inside Sales Engineer - APA HVAC Technologies
Ambient Enterprises is a dynamic engineering sales company committed to promoting a carbon-free future in New England. The Inside Sales Engineer will support sales team members in NH and ME, assisting with project execution from design to closeout and developing competitive estimates.

Responsibilities
Develop technical knowledge of our products through commitment to professional development through online and in-person factory training (requires some traveling)
Review design documents and specifications, perform takeoffs and utilize various manufacturer tools and software to develop project-specific quotes
Assist with technical support and compile submittal packages
Process orders and track equipment purchases in conjunction with an internal software platform and provide customers with prompt and periodic updates
Compile installation, operation and maintenance manuals and closeout documentation for projects
Manage virtual files for projects that you are involved with
Support database management, bid forecast and pipeline as required
Qualification
Required
Organized and detail orientated
The ability to closely collaborate. We achieve success together. The team is looking for people who want to contribute and grow together
Clear communication. You will be interacting with team members, manufacturers, and clients. Strong written and verbal communication is key
Strong computer skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe or Bluebeam
Preferred
Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
