Responsibilities
Verify financial and payroll-related data for accuracy
Enter and process payroll in Paychex / ADP
Collect employee timesheets and prepare client invoices
Handle state compliance activities, including UID filings
Maintain and update records using QuickBooks
Support routine accounting and verification tasks
Use Excel for data tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory)
Experience with Paychex and/or ADP payroll systems
Good Excel skills
Understanding of state compliance / UID
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with Consulting firm
