Senior Recruiting Manager
Frederick Fox is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager focused on business development and client growth. This individual will lead new-business generation efforts within contract staffing services and partner closely with delivery recruiters to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition across different verticals for direct hire, contract, and temp-to-hire staffing
Develop and execute a personal business-development strategy leveraging internal tools (HubSpot, Loxo, ZoomInfo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with client requirements
Negotiate client agreements, rates, and terms in collaboration with leadership
Track and report KPIs related to business development, client satisfaction, and gross margin performance
Represent Frederick Fox in industry networking events, online communities, and thought-leadership initiatives
Mentor junior recruiters on client-engagement best practices and effective BD outreach
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Executive Recruitment, contract staffing or consulting sales
Proven record of new-business development and client retention in a staffing environment
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven culture
Experience using modern CRM and automation tools (Loxo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to balance individual accountability and team collaboration
