Qualification
Required
6+ years of healthcare transactional experience
Admission to the applicable bar in the office location
Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, and Stark
Excellent academic credentials
Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
Current or recent AM Law 100/200 experience required
