Velocity Electronics is seeking an Information Technology Director to lead the technological landscape post-M&A within their affiliated group of businesses. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to implement IT strategies and solutions that support business objectives, focusing on technology integration for acquisitions and managing day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure IT solutions effectively support company strategy and business needs

Oversee complex ERP initiatives (SAP and Compiere) across end-to-end business processes

Lead technology integration for acquisitions and manage post-integration IT landscapes

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and team performance

Independently manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines

Manage technology vendors and strategic partners with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Controls to ensure adherence to U.S. and global regulations, including SOX

Drive innovation, modernization, and ongoing process improvements

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data and proprietary information

Recruit, develop, retain, and coach high-performing IT talent

Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
