Responsibilities
Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of multifamily and commercial real estate bridge loans
Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective borrowers and properties, including market research, rent comps, and historical performance analysis
Participate in deal structuring and negotiation discussions with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders
Prepare investment memoranda, credit memos, and presentations for internal investment committees and external investors
Support strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s lending platform, including process improvements and market research
Qualification
Required
3-7 years experience in commercial real estate lending, with exposure to major asset classes (preferably multifamily)
Excellent academics from an accredited institution
Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and interpret financial and valuation models
Entrepreneurially minded, collaborative, team-oriented professional with the ability to work effectively across a dynamic & fast-moving organization
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders and investors
